During my first day at work, everyone else went tramping* about the island. Lucy shot this view, Onetangi beach and the ocean, as they climbed the steep footpath that runs from the beach to the road above.*That is what the locals call "putting on boots and hiking with packs and snacks."
While on the beach they found some tidepool creatures about. Here is a large starfish--that's Emily's hand for scale.
